oldsmobile ninety-eight i just brought the car about 5 months ago its been running real good since then i know i need a bad tune up would that be the problem i think the spark plugs are fouling out

get it tuned up first before you blame anything else, you need new plugs, wires, distriburator cap and rotor, and a fuel filter and air filter.
