I purchased a performance chip on Ebay for my son's car, but the auction posting stated that I needed to give the seller the ECU # so he could send correct part...I tried to contact him many, many times to no avail....untill I opened a claim with Paypal, then all of a sudden a chip arrives in the mail....but I don't know if it is the correct one or even where to look on the car to get the ECU#...not to mention how to install it...anyone who can help???? would be very much appreciated!!!!!

The ECU Part No. is a normally a 9 alpha-numeric numbers written behind the ecu.Sometimes you can have X or A against this number, thats the ecu number.

The location is in the plenum chamber of the car.

This component is the main electronic item on the car, so sensitive. I will suggest you seek help from a competent shop to do the installation for safety reasons.

Goodluck!
