Just replacing or programming an ECU will not give you any significant HP increases. This normally done to fine tune any hard parts (heads, cam, etc...) that have been installed. You will gain MINIMAL HP from doing this. Focus on other points like intake, exhaust, etc...

No chip will EVER give you more HP. What they do is advance the timing and fuel and kind of smooth out the power curve so it FEELS like it has more power. It will give you a little more umph in the middle RPM range but thats about it. If you ever do anything major like a turbo or anything you will need to remove it anyway.

dere aint no magical chip that gives you loads of horsepower.  You actually have to bolt on parts, fabricate, and tune a car to make more power.  Hmm imagine that.

JET chip, but you have to send your old chip away in the mail and wait for the new one to come back all programmed

Hondata makes fully programmable and tunable ecu's.  with descent mods and a good dyno tune you could get an extra 10-25 hp from ur setup depending on the tune and ur mods though
