Mark Morgan COO, The Michaels Organization

Mr. Morgan joined The Michaels Organization in 1985 after obtaining his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College. Since
then, Mr. Morgan has held numerous progressively responsible positions
within the organization, including portfolio management, asset
management, acquisitions and dispositions, refinancing and
recapitalizations, HOPE VI development assistance, public housing
management and staff training. In October 2008, Mr. Morgan was named
President of Interstate Realty Management which he held for 7 years before
taking on the new role as Chief Operating Officer in Fall of 2015.

As Chief Operating Officer of The Michaels Organization, Mr. Morgan has
primary oversight responsibility for The Michaels Organization management
and mortgage finance operations as well as the organizational support
functions of Information Technology, Human Resources, and Corporate
Marketing.

Mr. Morgan holds a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute
of Real Estate Management as well as a Certified Professional of
Occupancy (CPO) from the National Affordable Housing Management
Association (NAHMA). He currently serves on NAHMA's Board of Directors
and Chairs the association's Federal Affairs Committee.

Previously Mr. Morgan has served on the Board of the Southeastern
Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA) as the Mississippi
state director and as President of the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a licensed real estate
Broker in the state of New Jersey.
