Shellie Cerecke, Community Director
I have been the with MVC since privatization in 2009. I have seen so many changes that have benefitted our residents and community. I am proud to work for a company that truly values their residents. I have lived in Sierra Vista since 2005, but my family has ties to the area since the 1970’s. My husband is a retired Marine, so I have first-hand experience with moving to new duty stations and having to make new friends, find a job & learn the new area. Our goal is to make this portion of your transition to Fort Huachuca as stress-free as possible. Welcome Home!
Nacole Watterson, Office Administrator
Hello and welcome to your next adventure! I have had the privilege of being an Army Wife since 2003, originating from the North East I have grown extremely fond of Arizona and all the beauty it holds. I have been living on Fort Huachuca since 2014, and I hope to help ease, at least in some part, your transition to this wonderful and new duty station. I recently joined the Mountain Vista Family, and I am enjoying working with this company and residents more and more with each passing day. If there is anything you need just ask. I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as my family and I have.
Jolene Cooper, Assistant Community Director
Hello and welcome to the community! I have been with MVC since the very first day of privatization back in 2009. Being a part of the transition where we demolished outdated homes, to the opening of four brand new neighborhoods and a multi-functional community center on Fort Huachuca as been a joyful experience for me. As a local to Sierra Vista, I can attest that this Installation has grown in many ways and belonging to an organization that provides such stellar living to our military families truly is an outstanding feeling. I strive every day to cater to our residents with a fun, safe and friendly atmosphere so you can receive the full benefit that this beautiful community has to offer. Outside of the office, my family and I spend time hiking in the surrounding Huachuca Mountains and cheering on our Arizona Cardinals! You and your family are going to love it here! Welcome Home!
Ashley Nix, Bookkeeper
Greetings! My journey from a small town in Maryland to a small town in Arizona began in 2008 when my husband and I made the decision to take advantage of big opportunities in Sierra Vista and have never looked back or regretted our choice. I have had the pleasure of being with Mountain Vista Communities since 2011. I started off as the Receptionist in 2011 and later that year, made the transition to Leasing Specialist for the JNCO. Helping Soldiers and their families find housing during their stay at Fort Huachuca. My job was very rewarding and enjoyable. But as we all know, with being part of the Military change is inevitable. I am excited about my advancement as Mountain Vista Communities Bookkeeper and eager to continually serve all our current and future residents. Welcome Home!

It is my desire to make your housing experience as pleasant as I can. I know the challenges you face serving in the military because I have faced them too. I am the proud daughter of a Marine, wife of a soldier, mom of two soldiers & a Marine. Welcome Home!
