Cavalry Park 1

  • All 19 homes in Cavalry Park 1 are historic in nature and of the Capehart-Wherry ‘open-in’ design common on military installations throughout the country. This community overlooks the Huachuca Creek basin and is isolated from the lights of Sierra Vista by Reservoir Hill. This area is great for stargazing, and easy access to the Huachuca Canyon hiking trails. Cavalry Park 1 was built in the 1950’s and is the only representative sample of the historic in nature design of Richard Neutra – a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright. These homes were revitalized between 2010 and 2013 and received high-efficiency central air conditioners, an entirely new modern kitchen, and bath replacements. The exteriors received fresh paint in 2015. This community is open to E7-O3, based on availability.
