We are excited to share that City Gardens in Chicago is a recipient of a 2019 Urban Land Institute Vision Award! The ULI Chicago Vision Awards define the standard for real estate development in the Chicagoland area and recognize the full development & management process as well as design. In winning a ULI Vision Award, City Gardens was recognized as a project that highlights creative development practices, inventive partnerships, imaginative problem solving, and visionary ideas that have contributed to the growth of vibrant communities.
