RESOURCES AND INFORMATION
Michaels first and foremost priority is the health and safety of our teammates, residents, and the communities where we own and manage properties We have been actively monitoring this situation and acting according to CDC guidance as well as the guidance of local and state officials. We have been in touch with all of our residents, alerting them to how Michaels is reacting to the situation, which may include limiting activities in common areas or closing community rooms, and prioritizing maintenance and repairs.
Residents and teammates are being directed to the best and most current information pertaining to the virus and its impact in the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands, which include the following:
Best Practices to Avoid Community Spread :
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing; going to the bathroom; and before eating or preparing food. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
We thank you for your continued residency with us.
