Bio:Raoul Amescua has over 20 years of real estate development and finance experience, including the development of large-scale housing and dining facilities that utilize public-private partnership (P3) delivery models. His work largely focuses on development projects in Southern California.

Bio:Richard Armstrong serves as Senior Vice President of Construction for The Michaels Organization. In his role, Richard leads the development of student projects epspecially from planning/conception through construction. He maintains project-based communication both internally and externally to ensure swift and efficient delivery of projects of the highest quality.

Bio:Griselda Arrendondo serves as one of our Regional Property Managers working out of Elk Grove, California. Her management extends over 16 different affordable housing properties and her responsibilities include the oversight of day to day operations within those individual properties.

Bio:As Vice President of Business Development for Michaels, Roger Black has primary responsibility of overseeing Student, Off-campus, and Luxury Development for The Michaels Organization. He and his team are involved with the design and development of student, graduate, workforce, and market-rate housing projects across the country that represents a portfolio valued at $1 Billion.

Bio:As Regional Vice President of Affordable Development for Michaels, Kecia Boulware has direct leadership and responsibility for all aspects of Affordable Development in our California region. Her primary responsibility is the redevelopment of the Jordan Downs public housing community in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA.

Bio:Nicholas Bracco joined Michaels as Regional Vice President, overseeing Affordable Development activities in our newly expanded Mid-Atlantic region which includes Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. Nicholas is located in our Washington D.C. office.

Bio:Stacie Brach serves as a Regional Vice President of Affordable Management of the West Coast portfolio for The Michaels Organization. Ms. Brach oversees 3 property managers responsible for more than 50 Properties. Ms. Brach is a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA), National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Bio:Victoria Brutto serves as one of our Regional Property Managers working out of Pennsylvania. Her management extends over 14 different affordable housing properties and her responsibilities include the oversight of day to day operations within those individual properties.

Bio:Nick Cangelosi serves as Michaels Vice President of Affordable Development and is responsible for all aspects of development activity including acquisitions, planning, land use approvals, and development financing. Mr. Cangelosi concentrates his development activities in the Northeast region with a large focus on Camden, NJ.

Bio:Greg Carroll is the Vice President of Michaels Construction. He is in charge of developing, implementing, and supervising a strategic development plan.

Bio:David Chila is the Vice President of Michaels Construction. He is primary responsibility for financial forecasting, job cost reporting, and financial systems integration for all construction operations.

Bio:Sandy is a Senior Vice President of Affordable Management where she has lead responsibility for more than 5,400 units in 60 communities in and oversees four District Property Managers. Sandy also leads in fundraising efforts for The Michaels Educational Foundation

Bio:Joe Coyle is the President of University Student Living for Michaels Development. Through utilizing corporate expertise and solid financial resources, he created Michaels' student living division which is dedicated to the diverse needs of student housing and its related services. His portfolio consists of both student and luxury housing.

Bio:As Executive Vice President of Affordable Development, Ken Crawford co-leads affordable development for Michaels along with fellow Executive Vice President Milton Pratt. Mr. Crawford is responsible for providing overarching strategic direction for Michaels affordable housing development, from conception through completion across all regions.

Bio:As Vice President of Affordable Development, Andy Davenport is located at our Camden, NJ Office and is involved in all aspects of housing development, including securing financing, community outreach,and working with housing authorities, finance agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to bring complex affordable housing developments from concept to reality across the Northeast region. Mr. Davenport is currently involved with projects in Philadelphia, NEwark, and Connecticut, which include mixed-use and affordable development.

Bio:As Vice President of Affordable Development Gin is responsible for all proposal coordination which includes development and creation process from start to finish, organizing and facilitating meetings.

Bio:As Vice President of Finance at Michaels Kelly's responsibilities include assessing and determining the feasibility and optimal financing structure for proposed developments across the Michaels footprint as well as coordinating the loan closing process and negotiation of financing agreements. Kelly is also charged with managing the existing Michaels portfolio and will head up the refinance/reposition opportunities for an existing asset.

Bio:Mr. Dudo is the President of Michaels Construction Construction. He has overarching responsibility for all of Michaels construction efforts, from conception through completion, including design and pre- construction activities. This includes oversight of both independent general contractors and our own construction efforts for affordable, senior, student, and military living capabilities.

Bio:Chuck is the Senior Vice President of Affordable Management. Mr Durnin has direct leadership and responsibility for all aspects of the management operations and financial performance of a large affordable housing portfolio.He is a national speaker and recognized expert on Section 42 Compliance.

Bio:Christ is a Vice President of Michaels Development in the Mid-Atlantic region, based in the Washington, D.C. office. He brings over 15 years of Affordable Housing experience to the Washington D.C. market, with in-depth knowledge of project underwriting, financing, and development. Christopher actively participates on the boards of directors for various healthcare, housing and economic development non-profits that focus their efforts on improving the quality of life for under-served District of Columbia residents.

Bio:As Regional Vice President of Military Management, Sherri serves as an integral member of the leadership team of Michaels, managing military housing for The Michaels Organization as well as other private owners. Ms. Farris is also an active member of PHMA, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the National Apartment Association.

Bio:Cathy is the Executive Assistant to CEO John O'Donnell. Her role is essential in assisting the CEO with responsibilities like keeping calendars, tracking meetings and activities and scheduling conferences and business travel along with anything else that may be needed to ensure the success of our executives during their busy schedules.

Bio:John is a Vice President of Facilities working within Harbor Bay Macdill Air Force Base. His responsibilities include the management and oversight of all operations within our military property and ensuring the success and growth of our communities.

Bio:Marc is a Regional Vice President of Affordable Management. His responsibilities include direct leadership and for all aspects of the management operations and financial performance of a portfolio that comprises 6,000 affordable units in 52 communities across four states and directly supervises three Property Managers.

Bio:Brandon Hegland serves as Regional Property Manager in Hawaii for Affordable Management. His management extends over 7 different affordable housing properties and his responsibilities include the oversight of day to day operations within those individual properties.

Bio:Jed Henderson is a Vice President of Finance at The Michaels Organization. His responsibilities include the analysis of new acquisitions, dispositions, the recapitalization of existing assets in the Michaels portfolio and the coordination of due diligence review.

Bio:Steve serves as Managing Vice President for Student Living and has years of experience with residential and multi-family construction and development. Since 2008, he has been directly involved with nearly $300 million worth of delivered student housing assets, with a proven track record in development, pre-construction, project management, and project delivery.

Bio:As the Vice President of Construction for The Michaels Organization, Mr. Holland directs all facets of the project management team which includes initial design, acquiring permits, submitting bids, creating budgets, scheduling construction, overseeing field operations and project management. He is a licensed contractor with The National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agency 's NASCLA, and holds many other state contractor's licenses.

Bio:Rand Howes is a Business Manager for Military Management. His responsibilities include oversight of contracting actions, financial and legal consultation, project planning, and performing various internal audits.

With her responsibilities, she has overseen a very diverse portfolio of assets consisting of LIHTC, HUD, RD, and Conventional and Affordable properties. She plays an integral role as Regional Vice President of the west coast which has grown from 11 California-based properties in 2009 to nearly 150 properties in 5 states in 2018.

Bio:Debby Kiselich serves as Affordable Management Regional Property Manager. Her management extends over 11 different affordable housing properties and her responsibilities include the oversight of day to day operations within those individual properties.

Bio:As Vice President of Military Management, Mike is responsible for the management of the administrative and accounting operations, including oversight of general administration, customer service, all accounting systems and records, financial reports, administrative and accounting procedures, oversight of hiring practices and direction of staff, and communication with supervisors, partners and owners for The Michaels Organization. He is also a member of the American Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and the Society for College and University Planning.

Bio:Donna-Jean serves as the Vice President of Information Technology. Her responsibilities include the planning of information technology's future for Michaels, as well as for the implementation and maintenance of current systems. She also must ensure maximum uptime and stability in the company's computer systems and networks.

Bio:Jim is a Facilities Director for Affordable Management, located in Camden New Jersey. Jim manages the maintenance, repairs and operations for the affordable housing portfolio. Jim is also responsible for disaster emergency services, insurance claims and MRO vendors.

Bio:As Regional Vice President for the Midwest Region, Greg Olson oversees all of Michael's Affordable Development activities in Chicago, Illinois, and surrounding states. During his 15 years with Michaels, Greg has successfully overseen the construction of nearly 2,000 units of award-winning, mixed-income housing in the Midwest.

Bio:Ann is the Senior Vice President of Finance for Affordable Development. She is responsible for providing financial and accounting support for the national development team through the development process. Her responsibilities also include financial reporting to senior management, budget, forecasting and development cash flow.

Bio:Larry Padilla is the Regional Vice President of Affordable Development at our Caribbean office. Larry's focus areas include Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. In this role, Mr. Padilla oversees all aspects of development activity, including acquisitions, planning, land-use approvals, and development financing.

Bio:Mr. Pratt co-leads Affordable Development for Michaels along with fellow EVP Kenneth Crawford. Milt focuses on pipeline growth and asset performance through relationships with various governmental and industry groups. He works closely with Michael's regional development teams to generate opportunities and works with Michaels management team regarding existing asset restructuring under HUD's RAD/MTM or ACC programs. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association and the Board of Directors for Philabundance.

Bio:As the Regional Vice President of Affordable Development, Karen Seddon is responsible for leading and managing the Hawaii Regional office business development effort that now has a $270 million pipeline to provide at least 640 affordable housing units to families and seniors on the Islands of O`ahu and Hawaii. She is also a member of Lambda Alpha International Land Economics Society and the Urban Land Institute.

Bio:Brandon serves as Vice President of Construction Services and has 15 years of experience in the construction and development of affordable Multifamily housing. He currently leads Michaels Construction Services, which provides pre-construction, project management, and project delivery services to Michaels Development- Affordable.

Bio:Jim has 27 years of professional experience in architecture, construction management, and real estate development. His primary focus has been multifamily residential, with an emphasis on urban renewal, affordability, and sustainability.

Bio:Michael is assigned as the Regional Manager and brings over 15 years of operations experience in the student housing industry to his role. He primarily oversees the West Coast properties under Michaels Student Living and provides oversight of the day to day operations within those individual properties.

Bio:As Vice President of Acquisitions, Kunal Chothani focuses on affordable acquisitions as well as identifying land for new affordable development opportunities.

Bio:As Vice President of Transactions, Nick oversees the underwriting of market rate and student housing developments. Nick works to secure debt and equity capital for development projects and manages the transaction process through closing and overseeing market rate and student housing acquisition opportunities.
