Kristina has always been passionate about responsible and sustainable development. She began her career serving the most vulnerable populations with permanent supportive housing. She joined Michaels as a Development Officer in 2008 and was promoted to Vice President in 2013. She is a role model for Michaels, to both young developers and women.
