Michaels Assumes Management Of Park West Student Living Community

The Michaels Organization is now serving as the property manager for Park West Student Living, an affordable, luxury student housing community in College Station, Texas, home to the prestigious Texas A&M University System.
Located on University land and owned by the not-for-profit, NCCD-College Station Properties LLC, the The Park West community offers undergraduate students an amenity-rich living learning environment, with 1316 units and 3,402 beds. NCCD selected Michaels as its property management partner after a highly competitive Request for Proposal process.

Park West is located walking distance to the Texas A&M campus and comes equipped with award-winning amenities like a 50,000 square foot rooftop lounge with three resort style pools, multiple fitness centers, on-site convenience store, jogging trail and over 50 study lounges. The all-inclusive community offers studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plan options that are all fully furnished with modern interiors and student-focused details.
The transition to Michaels Management was completed this month.
