The Michaels Organization, a national leader in residential real estate, is thrilled to announce the promotion of three Management Teammates: Griselda Arredondo, Nitzia Chambers, and Anna May Stroyek.
Griselda Arredondo has been promoted from Assistant Vice President to Regional Vice President. In her new role, Arredondo will oversee a portfolio of properties in California, Washington, Nevada, and Hawaii. With an impressive 34-year career spanning both public and private sectors, Arredondo has brought invaluable expertise to Michaels since 2018. Arredondo has played a pivotal role in the ongoing redevelopment of Jordan Downs and continues to demonstrate unwavering dedication to Michaels and its residents.
Nitzia Chambers has been promoted from Regional Property Manager to Regional Vice President. Chambers’ new position includes the oversight of properties in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area. Chambers started her career with Michaels in July 2000 as an Assistant Community Manager. She was quickly promoted to Community Manager, during which time, she managed a two-time “Platinum Status” property. She earned her PA Real Estate Salesperson License, CPO, Tax Credit Certification, SCHM, and FHC. In 2019, she was promoted to Regional Property Manager.
Anna May Stroyek has been promoted from Regional Property Manager to Assistant Vice President. Stroyek will be responsible for properties in the New Jersey and New York area. Stroyek’s career in with Michaels began in 1989 (then Interstate Realty Management) in resident services. Over the next two decades, Stroyek advanced through various roles, gaining extensive experience and expertise until 2008 when she took a position which allowed her to focus on her family while working closer to home. Stroyek rejoined The Michaels Organization in 2015 as Regional Property Manager. Stroyek is currently the Vice President on the Board of JAHMA and holds certificates in CFS, CPO, BOS and SHCM.
