Michaels Welcomes New Regional Vice President

The Michaels Organization is pleased to welcome John Ursino as Regional Vice President. In this role, John will oversee management operations for our military communities.

John is an experienced property management executive with a successful track record of supervising portfolios valued over $4.3 billion. He has extensive experience in steering property improvement projects, guiding top performing teams, optimizing internal operations, and supporting resident and vendor relationships.

Prior to joining Michaels, John most recently served as Managing Director of Asset and Property Management for Texas-based military developer VictoryBase where he was responsible for asset and property management of new and existing single/multi-family communities for rent. Prior to this, he served as Director of Operations for Vailiant Residential where he oversaw a 17,000-unit conventional portfolio, encompassing 76 properties.

John holds his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Seattle University. He is a veteran of the United States Army, holds certifications in Law for Property Managers; Design, Operations, and Maintenance of Building Systems; Real Property Administrator; Housing Tax-Credit Compliance; and is a RAD PBRA/LIHTC/HOME Management Specialist. He currently serves as a member of the Texas Apartment Association and Society of Property Professionals.

Michaels Welcomes New Regional Vice President
