This year, Michaels is honored to see a familiar face on the list – Nick Cangelosi, Vice President of Development!

As Vice President of Development, Nick is responsible for all aspects of development activity including acquisitions, planning, land use approvals, and development financing, concentrating in Michaels' Northeast region. Most recently, he has led the redevelopment of 1,053 new homes, community centers, medical spaces, and public gathering areas in Michaels’ hometown of Camden, NJ.
