Cheree is responsible for Michaels student, market-rate, and attainable housing operations. As EVP, she oversees the management of Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Property Managers in the process of acquisitions, dispositions, rehabs, lease ups, maximizing income, expense control, and staff development for this portfolio.
