Vice President of Development Nick Cangelosi has been awarded Multi-Housing News’ 2022 Excellence Award in the Rising Star category!
Now in its 16 year, the annual MHN Excellence Awards program recognizes the multifamily industry’s most noteworthy people, companies, and properties. The rising star category recognizes professionals who are active in the multifamily sector – whether they are new to the industry or a longtime member, these individuals are moving through the ranks and accomplishing exciting things in the industry.
Nick joined Michaels in 2015 and has spent the last seven years helping to transform the City of Camden with impressive new developments that are providing local residents with high-quality, affordable housing. He has over 12 years of experience in structuring real estate transactions, particularly those that combine low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, HOME, CDBG, Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Funds, with other state, county, local, and private financing sources.
Earlier this year, Nick was also named one of South Jersey Biz’s 20 Under 40 winners.
