“Double” Groundbreaking Set for March 12, Bringing More than 200 Affordable Housing Units to Southern Nevada
WHAT: The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA), in partnership with The Michaels Organization, a national leader in residential real estate, will host a ceremonial groundbreaking for two new affordable housing developments in Las Vegas.
The “double” groundbreaking ceremony will mark the commencement of construction on the two new communities: Duncan and Edwards located at 5901 W. Duncan Dr.; and 28th and Sunrise located at 2601 Sunrise Ave. Combined, the two new apartment communities will bring 201 new affordable apartments to Las Vegas that will serve households earning 30 to 80 percent of Area Median Income.
