The Green At West Village Receives Award Of Merit From Enr California

The Green at West Village, the first phase of purpose-built student housing that Michaels completed for the University of California, Davis, has recently been honored with the Award of Merit - Higher Education/Research from Engineering News-Record California.

The nine-building residential complex is the nation’s largest student housing project providing 1,247 units and nearly 3,300 beds for the fast-growing university.

A total of almost 100 projects were submitted for judging in this year’s competition with 55 being chosen for recognition in achievements for safety and sustainability across 18 categories.

Just last month, The Green was also named Top Student Housing Development by the Sacramento Business Journal.
