The Michaels Organization Names New Vice Presidents For Military Housing

The Michaels Organization has expanded its leadership team for Michaels Management, Military Living, naming six new Vice Presidents, who will be responsible for overseeing significant shares of Michaels military housing portfolio, which encompasses over 15,000 privatized homes on 11 military bases across the country. These teammates have been working the job every day and the promotions recognize their leadership and technical excellence.

These six individuals have shown extraordinary dedication and talent, especially during this unprecedented time of COVID, and I’m delighted to announce their promotions.”
The six new Vice Presidents are: Dayra Conde, Adam Hay, and Cindy Peterson, all formerly Community Directors. Hay now supports Carlos Proano in managing operations of Military properties in California while Peterson and Conde will support Sherri Farris in managing the East Coast portfolio. Most recently, Conde helped spearhead an important initiative that established COVID-19 guidelines, processes and systems at sites to ensure the safety of teammates and residents.
On the Facilities side, Rick Sperle and John Gausche, both previously Regional Facilities Directors, have been promoted to Vice Presidents of Facilities. Located in Arizona, Sperle supports the facilities operations for the company’s Military housing on the West Coast while Gausche, who’s located at Harbor Bay Macdill Air Force Base, has the same responsibilities for the East Coast.
Zach Allen has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Facilities for East Coast operations of Michaels Military housing based in the greater Washington DC area. He’s responsible for assisting John Gausche with management and oversight of all facility operations within our military properties.
Michaels Management Services provides all community and property management operations for both Michaels owned military housing and as a fee manager for other owners.
