Three Michaels Communities In California Named Communities Of Quality By Nahma

Cal Weber 40 Apartments, Charleston Place (Stockton, CA), and Alder Apartments (Porterville, CA) have received recognition into The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA)’s Communities of Quality Program.

The NAHMA Communities of Quality Program celebrates successful multifamily properties in regard to how they are managed, the services they provide residents, and the experience and training of personnel. The communities recognized are regarded as the highest quality of safe, affordable multifamily properties across the country.
