Walt Disney World has unveiled a new website showcasing plans for the attainable housing development it is creating in partnership with Michaels in Central Florida. Michaels is Disney’s private-sector development partner and will also serve as the property manager. Plans call for the mixed-income community to offer 1,400 units, with 1,000 of them reserved as affordable. Bookmark the Disney in Florida page to keep updated as the development moves forward.
